We re looking for a MERN Stack Lead to drive end-to-end development of scalable web applications, manage a team of developers, and contribute to architectural decisions. The role demands hands-on coding expertise, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers.

Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express. js, React. js, and Node. js , PHP , Laravel .

Review code for quality, performance, and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Product Managers).

Manage sprint planning, estimation, and delivery in an Agile setting.

Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Manage applications on AWS / Azure / GCP .

Ensure adherence to best practices - CI/CD, Git workflows,



and automated testing.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

8 10 years of qualified experience in software development.

Minimum 5 years of experience working hands-on with React. js , Node. js , Express. js , and MongoDB, MySQL , PHP , Laravel .

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 , and contemporary frameworks.

Experience in leading teams and handling code reviews.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and architecture design .

Knowledge of TypeScript , Next. js , or GraphQL is a plus.
