Senior Client Servicing Manager

Location: Thane, Mumbai – Work from Office

Experience: 5–8 years (Agency experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Lead key client accounts, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Brand Strategy & Growth: Develop strategic brand and marketing plans aligned with client objectives, business goals, and market prospects.
Account Growth & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, pitch new ideas, and drive additional business through strategic recommendations.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate with internal creative, content, digital marketing, and production teams to ensure effective execution.
Performance Monitoring: Review campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
Project & Account Management: Manage multiple accounts, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations efficiently.
Strategic Communication:



Lead client meetings, presentations, reviews, and business discussions while proactively resolving concerns and challenges.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand management, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
Robust understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, campaign planning, and consumer behavior.
Proven ability to manage senior client stakeholders and lead strategic business discussions.
Experience in account growth, upselling, pitching, and identifying new business opportunities.
Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver projects within deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting tools.
