Printer Installation:
Setting up and configuring various types of printers, including inkjet, laser, dot matrix, and large-format printers.
Maintenance and Cleaning:
Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning printer components, replacing consumables (e.g., ink cartridges, toner, and paper), and ensuring smooth paper feed.
Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving printer issues, such as paper jams, connectivity problems, print quality issues, and error messages.
Hardware Repair:
Diagnosing and repairing hardware failures, including fixing or replacing malfunctioning components like printheads, rollers, and sensors.
Software Configuration:
Installing and configuring printer drivers, software, and firmware updates.
Network Setup:
Configuring network-connected printers, ensuring they can be accessed by multiple users or devices.
