Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Planning
Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.

Product Development and Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to develop and launch innovative drone products or services.
Ensure product development aligns with technical feasibility, user experience, and market demands.
Manage the product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and iteration.

Customer and Market Engagement
Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their pain points and requirements.
Develop strategies for product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained adoption.

Performance and Analytics
Set and track product performance metrics (e.g.,



adoption rates, revenue, customer satisfaction).
Continuously evaluate product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience in product management, with a robust preference for candidates from the drone, aerospace, or technology sectors.
At least 5 years of proven, relevant experience as a Product Manager.
Robust understanding of UAV technology, regulations, and applications.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with drone hardware, software, or payload systems.
Experience working in rapid-paced, start-up environments.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance related to drones (e.g., FAA, DGCA, EASA).
Passion for emerging technologies and innovation.
