Job Summary: Responsible for programming, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLCs and servo motors in industrial automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and debug PLC programs using ladder logic, structured text, and other languages.
Configure and troubleshoot servo motors and drives for exact motion control.
Integrate PLCs with other devices such as HMIs, sensors, actuators, and servo motors.
Diagnose and resolve issues in PLC programs and servo motor controls.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for programming work.
Conduct tests and simulations to validate system performance.
Provide maintenance and support for automation systems.
Work closely with the engineering team and provide training as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in PLC programming and servo motor control.
Proficiency in PLC programming languages and servo motor systems.
Skills Required:
Solid understanding of servo motors, HMI programming, and SCADA systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
