Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product teams to understand and gather non-functional requirements.
Design, implement, and maintain performance and scalability testing frameworks.




Automate performance tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor test execution and analyze results to identify bottlenecks.
Support development teams in diagnosing and resolving performance issues.
Establish benchmarks and performance baselines for ongoing improvement.

Requirements:
4 + years of experience in performance testing, preferably with LoadRunner.
Experience with shell scripting
Proficiency in Python for test automation.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
Understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus.
