We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Equipment Operator to join our team at Biocon Limited, responsible for operating equipment in the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and Bulk Drugs. The ideal candidate will have experience in sterile manufacturing and packaging.

Roles and Responsibility
Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure productive production of API and bulk drugs.
Monitor and control product quality to meet regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve productivity.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in operating production equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with GMP regulations and quality control procedures.
