RM / PM Planning / Inventory Management
To ensure timely RM / PM requirement planning circulation, All Divisions
To ensure correct PR generation item-wise, MRP PR should be equivalent to requirement planning.
No short or excess generation of PR
To ensure coverage against safety stocks/requirement >=100% (Regular items)
To ensure timely material scheduling circulated of all RM / PM (Schedule based)
To ensure RM / PM timely connectivity for un-interrupted Production operations
MIS Co-ordination
To prepare and FG / RM / PM - Safety levels across warehouses generated / regular basis, as per directives
To review - Short / Excess report of FG / RM / PM - and to escalate to respective authority for solution
To generate NMS / SMS report of FG / RM / PM - and to escalate to respective authority for solution
