Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise MEP works at residential construction sites as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate the installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and other relevant MEP systems.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities as per project schedules.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to MEP execution.
Monitor material requirements, usage, and availability to avoid delays in execution.
Coordinate with civil and finishing teams to ensure proper integration of MEP services.
Maintain site reports, work progress updates, and relevant project documentation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Diploma / B.E.
/ B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
10–15 years of relevant experience in MEP execution for residential construction projects.
Hands-on experience in site execution, installation, and contractor coordination.
Valuable knowledge of MEP drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in residential high-rise or villa projects will be preferred.
Practical knowledge of MEP systems and construction site practices.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional project teams.
