Be an integral part of our "Procurement Centre of Excellence". Demonstrate strong sourcing/procurement capabilities with strong expertise acrossvarious indirect procurement categories e.g., Safety, PPE, Fasteners, Hand tools,Motors, Hydraulics, Office Supplies, etc.
Drive CXO and senior leadership level relationships with OEMs/brands across variousIndirect procurement categories.
Generate and develop relationships with suppliers - OEMs, distributors, dealers - andnegotiate with them to get the best rates/discount structures to maximize margins onclient orders.
Ensure solid compliance with SOPs & internal technology infrastructure, and partner incontinuous improvement to streamline the Ops relentlessly

Desired Candidate Profile
6+ Months of experience in enterprise procurement function in Indirect/MRO categories
Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
