Job Purpose:
Able to do stock Audit lying at different locations across India. And verifications of financial & Account receivable transactions. Able to Check Government project process and able to communicate with external officials
Key Responsibilities:
Process audit of Government project supply according to the Tender conditions.
Review of Sales order whether align with the correct tender/Work order/LOA
Addressing the gaps and delays for execution of work orders.
Analysis of pending installation sites and action thereon.
Review of customer outstanding.
Throughout checking of account receivables.
Visiting the government offices for addressing the issues.
Checking of documents submitted to government officials for completeness and correctness.
Conducting stock audit of Warehouses at various locations across India.
Review and follow ups for Expired BG, EMD and maintaining records for the same.
Able to communicate the audit requirements with process owners.
Able to do data analytics
