Adherence to Salesforce best practices, with the ability to maintain code documentation and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.
Release Management: Ability to take ownership of release cycles, ensuring smooth implementation and deployment of current or updated applications and code.
Collaboration: Experience working closely with BSAs and Product Owners to validate business requirements and any other key considerations.
Optional: Experience with Service Cloud would be an added advantage
