Worked on various incident and service request and give solution within the SLA time.




Understanding business requirement for any change request and design the functional document for same
Interaction with technical team related to recent change and issue
Conduction UAT and providing test cases for current development
Conduct GO live activity and provide Hyper care and post Go live support
