Myaar Globus is an international education and study abroad consultancy that guides students through course selection, university admissions, visas and pre-departure support. We are expanding our B2B module by building a strong network of sub-agents and institutional partners across India.

Role Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for onboarding study abroad consultants as sub-agents under our B2B model, and for generating student enquiries through field visits to agents, coaching classes, schools and colleges. The role suits a self-driven qualified who is comfortable with regular field work and has a genuine, professionally earned network within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach and onboard study abroad consultants and overseas education counsellors as sub-agents under the Myaar Globus B2B module.
- Conduct regular field visits to agents, coaching classes, colleges and schools to promote our services and generate student leads for study abroad programmes.
- Present partnership models, commission structures and university/country offerings to prospective sub-agents.




- Build and maintain relationships with education stakeholders, including education departments, institutional bodies and academic institutions, strictly through lawful and ethical engagement.
- Coordinate sub-agent onboarding, including KYC, execution of the commercial agency agreement and submission of required compliance documentation.
- Train and support sub-agents on products, application processes, documentation and lead submission procedures.
- Organise seminars, webinars, education fairs and counselling sessions in association with coaching classes and colleges.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, follow-ups and conversions in the company CRM or tracker, and submit regular MIS and performance reports.
- Monitor sub-agent performance and take steps to keep partners active, engaged and productive.
