Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth through corporate sales, business partnerships, channel development, and franchise sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business partners and franchise investors, generating leads, building relationships, presenting business opportunities, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales & Business Development

- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and other lead-generation activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, dealers, channel partners, and business associates.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products, services, or business solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to close business deals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients and manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.

2. Franchise Sales & Expansion

- Identify and approach potential franchise partners, investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
- Generate franchise leads through cold calling, digital platforms, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Explain the company's franchise model, investment requirements, business potential, and operational support.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective franchise partners.
- Evaluate franchise enquiries based on investment capacity, business suitability, and expansion objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise proposals, documentation, agreement processing, and onboarding.
- Support franchise deal closure and maintain relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.




- Assist in identifying new markets and locations for franchise expansion.

3. Sales Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales closures in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and franchise opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Achieve assigned targets for B2B revenue, franchise leads, and franchise closures.

Required Skills

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or franchise sales.
- Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
- Good understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, and CRM tools.
- Solid follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle client meetings and business presentations independently.
- Knowledge of franchise business models and expansion strategies is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, channel sales, or franchise sales.
- Candidates with experience in franchise development, dealership sales, distributorship, or partnership acquisition will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of qualified B2B and franchise leads generated.
- Monthly sales revenue and achievement of assigned targets.
- Number of franchise deals closed.
- Lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Number of new business partnerships acquired.
- Follow-up efficiency and sales pipeline management.
- Revenue contribution from new clients and franchise expansion.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
