Hiring: Business Development & Project Acquisition Manager

Company: Talentronics Infotech | Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced professional to acquire paid IT projects from MNCs, private enterprises, government departments and PSUs.

Responsibilities:

Generate and close AI/ML, software development, cloud, cybersecurity and IT infrastructure projects.

Build relationships with corporate decision-makers and system integrators.

Identify government tenders through GeM and eProcure.

Manage vendor registration, eligibility checks, tender documentation, proposals and bid submissions.

Build a qualified sales pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.

Requirements : 5+ years of relevant B2B IT business development experience preferred.

Demonstrated success in acquiring and closing paid projects.





Experience with enterprise clients, government procurement or both.

Solid proposal writing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Compensation : Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives, negotiable based on proven experience.

Candidates must provide examples of projects acquired, their role in closing them, and verifiable professional references.

Incentives will be added extra for each closure.

Pay: From ₹58,000.00 per month
