Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Python Trainer with 1–3 years of experience to join our academic team at Tiruvalla. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Python programming, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching students through practical, hands-on learning.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Training and Instruction
- Conduct engaging Python programming classes for students and aspiring professionals.
- Explain Python concepts, including variables, data types, loops, functions, OOP, modules, and exception handling.
- Deliver practical sessions with real-world coding examples and demonstrations.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and coding exercises.
- Practical Training and Projects
- Guide students in completing hands-on assignments, mini-projects, and real-world applications.
- Provide practical exposure to Python libraries and frameworks relevant to the course curriculum.
- Help students identify and troubleshoot coding errors and debugging issues.
- Encourage logical thinking, problem-solving, and independent coding practices.
- Student Assessment and Support
- Conduct regular assessments, coding tests, assignments, and project evaluations.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Clarify doubts and offer additional support to students who need assistance.
- Prepare students for technical interviews and entry-level Python developer roles.
- Curriculum Development




- Update training content according to current industry practices and technology trends.
- Ensure the syllabus meets the academy’s learning objectives and course requirements.
- Incorporate practical projects and industry-relevant examples into the training sessions.
- Academic Coordination
- Maintain attendance, student performance records, and training reports.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding class schedules, assessments, and student progress
- Participate in academic review meetings and contribute to improving training quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Python programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming.
- Positive understanding of data structures, functions, modules, and exception handling.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python libraries or frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Flask, or Django is an added advantage.
- Experience in developing Python projects and practical applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for teaching.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or practical project experience in Python will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Python development, Python training, or a related technical role.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge and a genuine interest in teaching are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
