Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and highly organised skilled to strengthen AAFT’s corporate relations and strategic partnerships. The role involves developing and managing relationships with corporates, industry professionals, startups, entrepreneurs, and other external stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities for students and the institution.

The candidate will be responsible for business development, partnership management, stakeholder coordination, and supporting entrepreneurship initiatives through the Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell).

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships aligned with AAFT’s academic and institutional objectives.
- Build a pipeline of prospective corporate partners through research, networking, outreach, and referrals.
- Initiate business conversations, prepare proposals, coordinate meetings, and drive partnerships towards closure.
- Develop opportunities for industry interactions, workshops, masterclasses, internships, live projects,



and mentorship programmes.
- Manage the complete partnership lifecycle, from lead generation and outreach to execution and relationship management.
- Support the Entrepreneurship Cell by connecting with founders, entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and incubators.
- Coordinate industry engagements and entrepreneurship programmes, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate senior-level meetings, including scheduling, briefing, agenda preparation, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain partnership databases, proposals, meeting records, trackers, and engagement reports.
- Identify emerging industry trends and new opportunities to strengthen AAFT’s corporate network and student exposure.
- Provide regular updates to the department head on partnership pipelines, ongoing engagements, and outcomes.

Pay: ₹4.00 - ₹7.00 per year
