Education Counselors to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with students,

guiding them toward the right career path, and achieving sales targets, this is the perfect

Key Responsibilities:

 Counsel prospective students regarding SAP training programs.

 Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.

 Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling.

 Manage the complete student counseling lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment.

 Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

 Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

 Build strong relationships with students and maintain accurate follow-up records.

 Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Eligibility:





 Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Counseling, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship

roles.

 Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to build a career in

sales are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

 Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.

 Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

 Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

 Leadership potential and team spirit.

 Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; Marathi will be an added advantage.
