About Mangwale

Mangwale is a Nashik-based delivery platform connecting customers, local businesses, and delivery riders through convenient delivery services. We are looking for motivated individuals who can help expand our network of customers, riders, and local vendors.

We are looking for a self-motivated Referral & Business Growth Associate who can work remotely and earn through successful customer referrals, rider referrals, and vendor onboarding.

This is an off-roll, commission-based chance. There is no fixed salary or monthly fixed payment. Your earnings depend on the number of eligible referrals and successful onboardings you generate.

Key Responsibilities

- Rider Referral: Identify and refer new delivery riders to Mangwale, guide them through the joining process, and help them become active on the platform.
- Customer Referral: Refer new customers to Mangwale, explain the platform's services, and encourage them to place orders.
- Vendor Onboarding: Identify restaurants and local businesses that can join Mangwale, explain the benefits, and assist them with onboarding and initial training.
- Follow-Up and Support: Stay in touch with referred customers, riders, and vendors to help them complete the required milestones.
- Business Growth: Build a referral network and contribute to increasing Mangwale's customer base, active rider network, and vendor partnerships.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate referral details and track progress through the company's approved process.

Commission Structure

1. Rider Referral Incentive

- Earn ₹500 for every eligible rider referral once the referred rider completes 20 qualifying orders.
- The rider must meet Mangwale's eligibility and verification requirements.

2. Customer Referral Incentive

- Earn ₹525 per eligible customer referral:




- ₹25 after a valid customer referral is registered and verified.
- ₹500 after the referred customer completes 20 qualifying orders.

3. Vendor Onboarding Incentive

- Earn ₹500 for every eligible vendor after the vendor is successfully onboarded, trained to use the platform, and receives 3 qualifying orders.

All incentives are subject to referral verification, qualifying-order conditions, and Mangwale's applicable incentive policy. Cancelled, refunded, test, duplicate, or fraudulent orders will not qualify. Delivery-trip compensation is not included in this role.
