Salesforce QA Engineer – Health Cloud

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manual and automation testing, API testing, integration testing, and healthcare-related business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce Health Cloud applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and API testing.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, Flows, Apex functionality, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and data migration.
- Test Health Cloud features, workflows, integrations, and healthcare business processes.
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks.
- Perform API testing using Postman and validate data using SOQL and SQL queries.
- Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects in collaboration with developers and business stakeholders.
- Participate in test planning, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, test execution, and reporting.
- Validate data accuracy, application functionality, and end-to-end integration flows.




- Support CI/CD testing processes and continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce QA and software testing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud; 2+ years of Health Cloud experience is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM functionality, data models, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience in API testing using Postman.
- Good knowledge of SOQL and SQL for backend testing and data validation.
- Experience testing Salesforce Flows, Apex, LWC, configurations, and data migration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience in healthcare domain workflows and end-to-end integration testing.
- Experience developing reusable test automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with continuous testing practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
