Job Title: SAP Ariba Functional Consultant Experience: 4+ years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience Employment Type: Full time Immediate joiner preferred Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Consultant to design, configure, and support end-to-end SAP Ariba procurement solutions. In this role, you will lead functional requirements gathering, configure key Ariba modules, support SAP ERP/S4HANA integrations, and deliver high-quality procurement and supplier management solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities Module Configuration: Configure SAP Ariba SLP (registration/onboarding), Contract Management (templates/approvals), and Buying & Invoicing (guided buying, PR/PO workflows). System Integration & Master Data: Coordinate SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) integration with SAP ERP / S/4HANA; manage supplier and commodity master data migration. Requirements & Design: Lead business discussions, gather requirements, and author clear Functional Design Documents (FDDs). Testing & Support: Create test cases,



support SIT/UAT execution, manage defect resolution, and provide post-go-live support. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners throughout the project lifecycle. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years of hands-on SAP Ariba implementation and support experience. Functional Expertise: Strong working knowledge of SLP, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and approval workflow configurations. Integration & ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP Ariba CIG and core SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / S/4HANA processes. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP Ariba Certification. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments. Background in Agile project delivery models.
