Job Description

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and result-oriented B2B Telemarketing Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, and drive sales through consistent customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential B2B customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Customer Follow-ups: Regularly follow up on enquiries, quotations, pending deals, and customer requirements.

Sales Development: Generate business opportunities for industrial sewing machines, spare parts, and automation solutions.

Customer Reactivation: Reconnect with inactive customers and encourage repeat business.

Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.

Customer Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate calling records, customer databases, follow-up schedules, and daily activity reports.

Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets for qualified leads, customer engagement, and sales conversions.

Required Skills

2–5 years of experience in B2B telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales.

Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.

Strong telephone etiquette, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.

Self-motivated, persistent, and target-oriented.

Experience in industrial products, machinery, or B2B sales preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
