Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with 5- 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, database technologies, and cloud platforms. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures. Develop secure, reliable, and high-performance enterprise applications. Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and business teams for successful project delivery. Optimize database queries and application performance. Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.



Ensure application security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability. Required Technical Skills Core Java, Advanced Java Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Struts Microservices Architecture RESTful APIs, Spring Security SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL Apache Camel, Apache Kafka HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, JSON Git, SVN, JIRA AWS, Azure, Kubernetes CI/CD Practices and DevOps Tools Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIPs) Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-native application development. Experience in enterprise-scale backend systems. Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices. Knowledge of performance tuning and system optimization. Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership and mentoring capabilities. Ability to work in Agile environments. Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
