Role Description The Assistant to the Director is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, supporting the Director in daily operations, coordination, and decision-making.



This role involves managing schedules and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating internal and external meetings. The assistant will help with project follow-ups, data collection, and research to support strategic planning across design, marketing, and mechanical projects. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, maintaining documentation, ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams, and monitoring progress against budgets and timelines as assigned. The role requires proactive problem-solving, discretion with confidential information, and close collaboration with the Director to ensure smooth workflow and efficient execution of initiatives.
