Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full time,



remote role responsible for driving business growth and strengthening FIA Global’s presence within an assigned territory. This role includes developing and executing territory sales plans, identifying and onboarding partners or agents, and building strong relationships with financial institutions and local stakeholders. The Territory Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report on key metrics to ensure territory targets are met or exceeded. They will provide training, guidance, and support to field teams and agents, ensuring consistent service quality and alignment with FIA Global’s mission. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on product feedback, process improvements, and customer experience initiatives, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
