Role Description The Salesperson role at All is a full-time, on-site position based in Jabalpur. In this role, the Salesperson will engage directly with customers, present product and service offerings, answer questions, and provide recommendations aligned with customer needs. Daily tasks include managing leads, conducting follow-ups, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Salesperson will collaborate with the internal team to coordinate promotions, gather market feedback, and support customer service initiatives.



The role also involves building strong relationships with new and existing customers and representing the company professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications

- Ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Comfort with learning product and service details, explaining features and advantages, and handling basic customer objections.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the capacity to work toward sales targets and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Basic proficiency with common office tools or sales systems (e.g., spreadsheets, contact tracking, or similar software).
- Ability to work on-site in Jabalpur, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and accept coaching is essential.
- Minimum educational background at the high school level or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
