Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a highly motivated VP of Information Security to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on current features.
- Ensure software applications adhere to strict performance and security standards.
- Lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing, globally distributed team.
- Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
- Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technical frameworks.
- Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.




- Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
- High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
