Role Description The Business Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at Bank of Baroda in Hazaribag. The Business Associate will support daily branch-level activities related to selling and servicing life insurance products, including interacting with customers, explaining policy options, and assisting with applications and documentation. Responsibilities include tracking leads, following up with prospective customers, and maintaining accurate records of sales and service interactions. The role also involves coordinating with branch staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines,



and contributing to business targets through effective customer engagement. The Business Associate will participate in training programs, report performance metrics, and help improve customer experience at the branch.
