? Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
? Experience: 2–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Patient counselling for treatments, surgeries, admission, and discharge
✔️ Financial counselling and explanation of treatment costs
✔️ Coordination for Ayushman Bharat, CGHS, ECHS, and insurance
✔️ Coordination with TPA, billing, nursing, consultants, and OT teams
✔️ Insurance pre-authorizations and claim documentation
✔️ Maintaining patient records and ensuring smooth hospital operations
Required Skills:
✔️ Excellent communication and counselling skills
✔️ Knowledge of hospital billing, insurance, and TPA processes
✔️ Solid patient-handling and coordination abilities
✔️ Knowledge of ophthalmic procedures is an advantage
