The People Business Partner (PBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted thought partner to executive leaders, driving enterprise-wide people, talent, and organizational strategies that accelerate business growth, workforce transformation, organizational effectiveness, and leadership excellence. This role partners with senior executives to shape the future workforce, build organizational capabilities, and enable sustainable business performance through data-driven insights, talent innovation, and AI-enabled people strategies.
As a key member of the People Leadership ecosystem, the PBP influences enterprise decisions related to workforce planning, organizational design, culture transformation, succession, leadership effectiveness, digital transformation, and future-of-work initiatives across a complex global organization.

Strategic Responsibilities

Executive Business Partnership
. Serve as a trusted advisor to Executive, VP, and senior leadership teams on business strategy, organizational health,



workforce effectiveness, and leadership decisions.
. Translate business strategy into integrated people, talent, and organizational priorities that drive measurable business outcomes.
. Challenge and influence leadership thinking through market intelligence, workforce insights, and external best practices.
. Anticipate business, talent, and organizational risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Act as a catalyst for enterprise transformation by aligning people strategies with long-term business objectives.

Enterprise Talent & Leadership Strategy
. Architect talent strategies that strengthen organizational capability, leadership pipelines, and succession readiness.
. Lead executive talent reviews, succession planning, and enterprise talent prioritization discussions.
. Partner with senior leaders to accelerate leadership effectiveness and build high-performing teams.
