We're hiring a Founder’s Office Intern at Neuroid

Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi

Setup: In-office (4 days WFO)

Type: 90-day paid internship | Converts to full-time on performance

Neuroid is a performance and content agency built for D2C brands - furniture, jewellery, skincare, apparel, F&B; - managing ad spend in crores every month. We integrate performance marketing with content and creative, so the ads and the assets behind them are built to work together, not handed across a wall.

This is a generalist seat next to the founder. One week you’re screening media buyer applications, the next you’re reconciling invoices in Zoho, the next you’re cutting a reel script down to 40 seconds. If you want a job title that fits on a business card, this isn’t it. If you want to see how a 20-person agency actually runs - money, people, content, clients - from the inside, in 90 days, it is.

What you’ll do

- Hiring and people: post roles, screen applications, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists, keep HR records current, run the first-week experience for every new joiner
- Finance and billing: raise invoices in Zoho Books, track what’s paid and what’s overdue, prepare the weekly receivables sheet, log expenses, chase documents from vendors and clients
- Agreements: fill client and employment agreements from our templates, track what’s signed, what’s pending and what renews when
- Content: sit in on the founder’s content planning, research topics, draft and tighten scripts and posts, keep the idea bank and posted log current, give an honest opinion on what’s positive

find and test tools that make any of the above faster, and build the small automations yourself - sheets, Zapier, prompts, whatever works
- Whatever the founder’s office needs that week

Who this is for

- A final-year student or recent graduate, or someone 0 to 1 year in, who has already run something - a college fest, a society, a small business, a freelance practice - and can show the mess they cleaned up
- You’re comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets and don’t need to be asked twice to follow up
- You read, you write clearly, and you have taste - you know why one caption works and another dies, and you can say it without being asked
- You’ve used AI tools for real work, not just to write assignments, and you’re curious about what else they can do
- You’re organised to the point of being slightly annoying about it
- Available full-time, in-office at Ghitorni (3rd Floor, 354, 100ft Road, near Ghitorni metro), starting November
