Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities : Key Deliverables: Duties and Responsibilities :: • Support field through trouble shooting on system• Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT • Monthly hold clearance• Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team. • Coordinate with Sales?& ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.



• Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process • Liasoning with functional team – Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
