About Tripmojo
Tripmojo is an AI travel companion that plans, organises and runs your trip for you. It reads your booking emails and assembles the whole trip on its own: flights, hotels, trains, activities, documents. Mojo, our AI travel advisor, plans the gaps and answers questions in context. On the day of travel the app tracks your flight live, handles check-in, and gets you online abroad with an eSIM.

Our products: auto-built trips from your inbox, the Mojo AI advisor, travel eSIMs, curated bookable activities, live flight status with automated check-in, and lounge access. Most of our users are in India, a market that travels more every year and is badly served by today's travel apps. We are a small team that ships every week, and we build with AI agents across engineering, data and operations. We expect marketing to work the same way.

About the Role
We need the person who turns our product into a revenue engine, with their own hands on the campaigns. This is a player-coach role and our first marketing hire: you set the structure everyone after you inherits. You will build the plan,



then run it yourself. On a normal day you are in Ads Manager, the MMP dashboard and a SQL window, not only in a deck.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition
• Run Meta app and web campaigns (Advantage+ and manual structures), Google App Campaigns, Search and YouTube, and Apple Search Ads for iOS intent
• Bid on events that predict revenue, not installs

Measurement and Attribution
• Choose, set up and own the MMP
• Define the event taxonomy, deep links and deferred deep links
• Manage SKAN / AdAttributionKit and Play install referrer
• Implement server-side conversions: Meta CAPI, Google enhanced conversions

Monetisation
• Build funnels from first open to first purchase
• Own pricing, bundles and offers for eSIMs, activities and services
• Improve checkout conversion and abandoned-cart recovery
• Track CAC payback and LTV by product and channel

Creative
• Run weekly creative test
