Job Summary
Shiv Narayan Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a well-groomed, confident, and presentable Female Jewellery Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills and a strong background in the jewellery industry. The candidate must have good knowledge of jewellery products, premium customer service, and the ability to assist clients professionally in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and provide personalized assistance in selecting jewellery products.
- Possess sound knowledge of gold, diamond, and high-end jewellery products, designs, quality, and craftsmanship.
- Communicate fluently and confidently in English with domestic and international clients.
- Maintain a professional appearance, excellent grooming, and a courteous attitude.
- Build robust customer relationships and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Handle customer enquiries, explain product features, and support sales activities.
- Be willing to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the jewellery industry.
- Prior experience in jewellery sales and customer handling is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professionally presentable.
- Good knowledge of jewellery products, especially diamond and premium jewellery.
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally.
- Must be flexible to work with domestic and international customers.
