Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Professional with strong experience in cement, construction materials, or related industries.

The ideal candidate should have an established network among builders, contractors, dealers, distributors, developers and project customers and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

• Develop and maintain robust relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, distributors and institutional/project customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand Buycement's customer base in Delhi & nearby regions.

• Develop and manage the dealer/distributor and project-sales network.

• Generate leads through market visits, references, industry relationships and business development activities.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value sales.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.

• Ensure timely follow-up, order conversion and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with operations, procurement, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and collections.





• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts and customer records.

• Handle key accounts and build long-term relationships with strategic customers.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in sales/business development.

• Experience in cement, RMC, building materials, construction products or a closely related industry.

• Strong understanding of the Hyderabad construction and building-materials market.

• Existing relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, distributors or project customers.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to independently develop a market and generate business.

• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad or Mumbai or Pune and nearby markets.

• Local Language and English proficiency preferred.
