Key Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the coffee or F&B; industry. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams. • A deep passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. • Robust understanding of financial management, including budgeting, P&L;, and sales analysis. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. • Familiarity with health, safety,



and food hygiene regulations. Preferred Skills: • Ability to implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Experience in managing inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships. • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other management software.
