Role: Oracle Fusion SCM Planning & Manufacturing Cloud Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with solid hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud. The candidate should have expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supplier Collaboration, Manufacturing, and Inventory Cloud modules.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, configuring Oracle Cloud solutions, leading implementations and enhancements, and optimizing end-to-end Plan-to-Build processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead implementation, enhancements, and rollout of Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud.
- Gather, document, and map business requirements to standard Oracle Cloud Plan-to-Build processes.
- Configure and support Oracle Demand Planning Cloud, Supply Planning Cloud, Supplier Collaboration Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Inventory Cloud.
- Drive functional design and module ownership across planning and manufacturing processes.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and implement scalable solutions using standard Oracle functionality.
- Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.




- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Demand Planning Cloud.
- Strong experience in Oracle Supply Planning Cloud.
- Implementation experience in Oracle Supplier Collaboration Cloud.
- Experience in Oracle Manufacturing Cloud.
- Experience in Oracle Inventory Cloud.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Plan-to-Build processes.
- Experience in business requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, and implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Oracle Cost Management Cloud.
- Oracle Product Information Management (PIM).
- Experience with process automation and optimization.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting.

Key Competencies

- Ability to translate business requirements into standard Oracle Cloud configurations.
- Strong troubleshooting and functional solution design skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.

Candidate Profile Candidates must have hands-on implementation experience across all five mandatory modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supplier Collaboration, Manufacturing, and Inventory Cloud. Experience limited to only one or two Oracle SCM modules will not be sufficient.
