Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on customer requirements.
- Communicate professionally with UK customers using clear and effective English.
- Handle escalations and difficult customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update call details in CRM systems.
- Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call quality, productivity, and resolution time.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.




- Ensure a high standard of customer service and maintain qualified call etiquette.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on company requirements.
- Good English communication skills are preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills.
- B.E ,B.Tech,B.Sc,Post-Graduation Freshers are not eligible
