Key Responsibilities

- Explain outstanding dues and available repayment options to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection updates.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns appropriately.
- Achieve assigned collection targets while adhering to company policies and banking guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- DRA Certificate is mandatory.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
