Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Ping Federate.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement IAM processes that meet those needs.

- Develop technical documentation for IAM solutions, including architecture diagrams, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Provide training and support to end-users on IAM tools such as SAML-based single sign-on.

Job Requirements :

- 12-22 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in identity & access management.

- Robust understanding of OAuth protocols and their applications in IAM systems.

- Experience with Ping Federate or similar identity management platforms.
