We are hiring on behalf of a well-established, large-scale organization seeking an experienced HR leader to drive its people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workplace culture.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a seasoned HR qualified who can partner with senior business leaders, strengthen organizational capabilities, build future-ready talent, and lead people transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnering

- Partner with senior leadership to translate business objectives into a comprehensive people strategy.
- Lead organization design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and workforce productivity.

2. Talent, Culture & Employee Experience

- Build a strong leadership pipeline and develop future-ready organizational capabilities.
- Drive employer branding, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and talent attraction and retention initiatives.
- Foster a values-driven, high-performance culture through employee engagement, leadership development, and culture-building initiatives.
- Improve employee experience and engagement outcomes through measurable interventions.

3. HR Transformation & Operational Excellence





- Lead enterprise-wide people transformation initiatives aligned with evolving business needs.
- Drive the digitalization and modernization of HR processes, systems, and service delivery.
- Establish robust HR governance, service-level standards, and people analytics frameworks.
- Leverage data-driven insights and change management to improve HR effectiveness and organizational performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles within large, complex organizations, preferably in Shared Services or Global Capability Center (GCC) environments.
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and translate business strategy into people and organizational priorities.
- Strong expertise across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, including workforce planning, organization design, talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
- Demonstrated success in employer branding, EVP, leadership development, employee engagement, and culture transformation.
- Experience leading HR transformation, digitalization, people analytics, governance, and change management initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and organizational leadership capabilities.
