We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong knowledge of US recruitment, sourcing, screening, and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
- Work on W2, C2C, and W2 contract requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with account managers and clients.
- Ensure timely submissions and closures.

Required Skills:

- 25 years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms: W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations and visa types.
- Ability to work in US time zones / night shifts.
