Build trusted relationships with assigned clients and act as their primary point of contact.

Conduct regular check-ins via calls, emails and visits to ensure clients are satisfied and engaged

Understand client business goals and suggest relevant solutions to help them achieve better results.

Share product/service updates, new features, or add-on offering to keep clients informed and interested.

Upselling & Cross-Selling

Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through relevant upsell and cross- sell solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to customize oerings as per client needs.
