VRSH Ayurveda is looking for a confident and responsible Telecaller to handle customer calls, confirm orders, and provide product-related information to customers.
Responsibilities
- Call customers to confirm their orders.
- Explain product details and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for order updates.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
Requirements
- Positive communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computers.
- Ability to communicate politely with customers.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous telecalling experience is an advantage.
