Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to find maids, cooks, babysitters, caretakers, staff, and other domestic staff as per client requirements. Understand client requirements and coordinate with suitable candidates. Follow up with candidates and clients over calls and WhatsApp. Maintain candidate and client records. Achieve monthly calling and recruitment targets.
Requirements Positive communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of Hindi; other languages are an advantage. Basic smartphone/computer knowledge. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Salary &
Benefits Fixed salary performance-based incentives. Additional incentives on achieving targets. 6 days working per week. No PF or tax deductions, as applicable to the offered salary structure.
