Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Team Lead Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring initiatives for sales and business functions across multiple locations. This role requires a strategic recruitment qualified with expertise in high-volume hiring, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and business functions across multiple locations.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve aggressive hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Manage high-volume hiring as well as recruitment for mid-level positions independently.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 56 Talent Acquisition professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development. • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide effective hiring solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Monitor recruitment metrics,



analyze hiring performance, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices to strengthen talent acquisition strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong track record in high-volume recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for sales and business functions across multiple locations.
- Experience in industries such as Education, Banking, Insurance, BPO, Telecom, Retail, or other high-volume hiring environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing both bulk hiring and recruitment for mid-to-seniorlevel positions.
- Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring Talent Acquisition teams of 5–6 members.
- Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and Malayalam.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
