Role & responsibilities
- Handling bulk sales hiring across the Pune region.
- Working closely with hiring managers to fulfill the business team requirements.
- Ability to hire from different sources like Naukri, Social - media, walk-in drives, placement drives etc.
- Taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment.
- Giving timely updates to reporting managers.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in HR (Talent Acquisition) domain is required.
- Experience in bulk hiring is preferred.
- Interest to work in HR domain.
- Good communication skills.
- Should have good sourcing skills.
