Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, including configuration, data migration, integrations, testing and go-live.

- Implement and integrate ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, CRM, e-commerce and other SaaS platforms.

- Design and maintain API- and middleware-based integrations between business systems.

- Manage technical architecture, system reliability, scalability and platform performance.

- Monitor integrations, troubleshoot system issues and conduct root-cause analysis.

- Coordinate with technology vendors, implementation partners and internal business teams.

- Ensure data security, access management, business continuity and technical documentation.

- Support business expansion through scalable, reliable and integrated technology solutions.

Required Skills





- 8-12 years of experience in systems engineering, enterprise applications or technology leadership.

- Proven experience leading at least one full ERP implementation or migration.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of APIs, middleware/iPaaS and SaaS integrations.

- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo.

- Understanding of OMS, WMS, POS, CRM and e-commerce integrations.

- Robust technical troubleshooting, vendor management and project leadership skills.

- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail or omnichannel environments is preferred.
