Skill & Experience Requirements:
- Must have over 5 years of experience in Java
- Must be proficient in microservices architecture
- Must have a good understanding of Java, J2EE, OOPs design skills and understanding of design patterns including Spring, Spring Boot
- Need a Good understanding of jQuery / HTML / CSS / Javascript
- Must be a subject matter expert capable of proposing the right technology solutions to the Project Managers and clients
- Experience in managing complex projects with a high level of technical complexity
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g.,
JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Strong understanding of technical integrations, APIs, and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships, manage client expectations, and communicate effectively.
- Skilled at identifying issues, assessing potential risks, and implementing effective solutions.
- Must be updated on the latest technological advancements and versions
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be willing to work in adaptable shifts, client-specific shifts, to support global clients across different time zones and meet business requirements.
